We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to New Life Vitamins, New Life Foods or any of our affiliated companies is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information.

Shipping Information
We ship to the United States, Canada, England, Europe and Asia! We are located in Florida and are required to charge sales tax to Florida residents. We ship all items from our corporate office in Florida. Shipping method and cost is dependent on the size, weight, value, and how quickly you desire your order. Orders received Monday through Friday will ship the same day if received by 2:00 P.M. Eastern Standard time. Alaska and Hawaii will ship via US Postal Service unless otherwise agreed upon. *If choosing UPS shipping (United Parcel Service), a P.O. Box address may not be used.  If choosing United States Postal Service, please ensure that the shipping address being provided is one that accepts USPS delivery. 

 

We ship using a variety of methods, both air and ground, USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service). We will contact you for approval before incurring any additional shipping charges. For International orders, the customer will be responsible for all taxes, duties and customs charges, which are separate from the shipping fee charged by New Life Vitamins.

 

Return Policy

We stand behind what we sell.

Quite simply, if for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our Global Health Trax, Naturade or Jarrow products, just return any unused product to us. The return must be postmarked within 60 days of having received the product. The steps to returning your product are as follows: please return any unused portion in its container and a copy of the paid sales receipt with a short hand written note on the receipt itself as to the reason you are returning the product.  We will give you a full refund excluding shipping costs.
